In the Hindu and Buddhism concepts, you are made of a physical body (Matter) and a subtle body (Energy), such as your mind and emotions.
Chakras are like mini generators that help create and regulate the energy we need to be physically, mindfully, emotionally and spiritually balanced.
Understanding more about our energy centers can inspire us to understand ourselves on a deeper, more multidimensional level and help us in our well-being journey.
